Alive 2.0 is a Tool which was developed for Mckinsey & Company , which is a Flash card or Survey Card Generation Application . This Application is developed for Web and Mobile Platform. This is a role based application where Super Admin creates Admin and issue license for Admins to use the application and admin manages the respondents , who are end users and give their inputs for survey created.
We have developed this application on R Programming and have developed some custom Data Modelling such as Maxdiff and Feature Prioritization using Maxdiff.
We source the most relevant data, apply world-class analytics and modelling.Alive 2.0 serves the purpose of understanding the users behaviour and create meaningful insights that help businesses make better decisions.
The Admins can design their own surveys and request the client to take the survey so that the behaviour of the user is understood
While developing Alive 2.0 we could understand that survey and predictive models demonstrate greater discrimination among items and between respondents on the items. This is an extremely valuable property for research studies as these surveys and output graphs helps us in understanding the users mindset regarding various brands and products in the markets.
